niski, who has worked in the design and fashion industry for more than 30 years, founded good with the hope of inspiring boston with an entirely unique way of approaching design and fashion. "i want good to be a design laboratory," says niski of his vision. "always evolving, always changing."

niski came to boston from new york city in 1999 on a one-year consulting job. the charms of boston quickly grew on him and he decided to follow his dream of creating an innovative and evolving store.
